Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at freakyfootstore@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval back to your original payment method.
